We understand that letting go of personal and family collections, personal items, and property can be difficult and a time consuming process along with being very emotional.
I have over 30 years of retail management/business ownership experience. This experience translates into expertise for you and your family. I understand customers, their buying behaviors, how to price product, utilize the 4 P's of marketing, (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion), and give your sale and auction the best exposure possible.

- The seller can mark anything NFS, NOT FOR SALE, and also set a price that is non-negotiable to the buyer.
- We offer one of the, if not the lowest commission charges in the industry. We are here to help you, not rob you.
- We also offer a full service cleaning before and after the sale as well as trash and unsellable item removal for an additional fee. My wife has worked in local hospitals for over 20 years, so you can be assured that the cleaning we offer is of the highest quality, sanitary and hospital grade.
- Payment of proceeds occurs within 5 business days of the end of the sale. No need to wait weeks like other estate sale companies. We understand that there may be bills to pay and debts to settle in the estate. We will provide a list, at the sellers request of items that sold over $500.

We buy partial and complete estates as well. For those who do not want to go through the process, we can make it a 1 step simple offer/buyout to avoid any fees, commissions, and save you and your family time. If you are selling it, call us because we will buy it.
